The challenge
ZenithTechX is a job placement platform that matches candidates to opportunities that actually fit their skills and experience. The challenge was scale — manually reviewing every application, understanding each candidate's real background, and recommending the right companies took more time than the team could give.
Every application required someone to read through resumes, cross-reference skills, and make judgment calls about fit. As volume grew, the team became a bottleneck — candidates waited longer, recommendations became less personalized, and the quality of matches dropped.
Their biggest problems were:

We built a two-agent AI system that reads, understands, and matches — turning the manual screening process into an intelligent pipeline.
Candidate analysis agent: Reads each candidate's resume and provided information to build an accurate picture of their skills, experience, career preferences, and growth trajectory. It goes beyond keyword matching to understand what the candidate actually brings to the table.
Job recommendation agent: Takes the analyzed candidate profile and suggests roles and companies that match the candidate's actual profile — not just keyword overlap, but genuine fit based on experience level, skill depth, industry background, and career trajectory.
Automated review pipeline: The team no longer manually screens every application from scratch. The AI does the heavy lifting, presenting only the most relevant matches with clear reasoning — so the team can focus on final decisions and candidate relationships.
